  Oversee the daily operations for the Metrology Lab, which includes supervision of 4 team members. Maintain schedule of parts to be measured and Plant wide calibrations. Responsible for all PPAP operations for the Brookhaven facility according to AIAG PPAP guidelines. Issue Supplier complaints including follow up to ensure they submit corrective action, use of 5-Why and 8-D tools, contain/sort purchased parts as needed. Quality Alert and Visual Aide control, FTQ (First Time Quality) data input, problem solving support for the Quality Team, Red Tag support and OGP measuring of parts. Duties include working knowledge of DPRTS, DBS, Covisint, E-PPAP, IMDS and IMS systems.

  Coordinated the self imposed CS1 activity for Brookhaven facility which involved supervision of 5 team members. Monitored rejects and provided results in the form of charts/reports to the Plant Staff. Coordinated the Calibration system including scheduling , performing some internal Calibrations, and maintaining all records of Calibrations. Produced masks used as inspection aids in BEC process. Duties included working knowledge of Corel Draw, AutoCAD, Gagetrak calibration system and Microsoft Office programs.
