Assessed Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) patients and control subjects for fornix fiber length using diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) based fiber tractography. Measured effects of cross-sectional area at the epiglottis and oropharyngeal airway length in OSA vs. controls using MRIcron tracings. Presented posters at several international scientific society meetings and wrote a full draft of a manuscript dealing with my research topic.
