Secondment to manage the merge of three government agencies from a communication and branding perspective. I was influential in ensuring all staff and key stakeholders understood the organisational changes and impacts on their work environment. I drove the early adoption of merged teams and introduced combined media reporting prior to integration so staff could begin to learn and understand the broader agency functions and strategic environment. I also developed and managed, with the support of the CEO, the new agency internal communication plan; agency communication framework and narrative; the writing style guide; new interactive newsletter; supported designers in the development of the visual style guide and rolled out the new brand and its story to staff.
