Her breadth of experience, proven success, and passion for our industry has made Melinda a valuable asset to our firm.Melinda started with The Jacob Group as a Research Manager, and then as a Project Manager with our Fulfillment Team, with primary accountability toward retained and multi-hire assignments.Melinda is an active member of our Market Intelligence Group as well as our Operations Committee. She holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Business from The University of Texas at Arlington. In her spare time, Melinda enjoys swimming, reading, and watching funny movies with her husband and two children.

As a Project Manager, my role is to help our various practice groups on their searches - assist in finding top notch candidates, usually passive candidates who aren't looking necessarily but are open to better opportunities. Assist in speaking with candidates to find out their basic info, their goals, their passions, and if they fit the role we are trying to fill. Also do tons of networking with professionals all over the country to find the best people for our clients. Our clients deserve the best employees that can make positive changes to the company, and our candidates deserve the best career enhancing positions with exceptional, well respected companies.

Directed all incoming calls for our company as well as four other companies in our building, assisted in accounting and payroll, coordinated reservations for conference rooms throughout building, worked on numerous database projects with the goal of "cleaning up" and updating our database. Assisted in projects/name gathering searches as needed.
