As a Project Manager, my role is to help our various practice groups on their searches - assist in finding top notch candidates, usually passive candidates who aren't looking necessarily but are open to better opportunities. Assist in speaking with candidates to find out their basic info, their goals, their passions, and if they fit the role we are trying to fill. Also do tons of networking with professionals all over the country to find the best people for our clients.   While on the Management Support Team it was my responsiblity to provide superior customer service to our candidates and clients, and to support our team of search consultants with administrative tasks. Directed all incoming calls for our company as well as four other companies in our building, assisted in accounting and payroll, coordinated reservations for conference rooms throughout building, worked on numerous database projects with the goal of "cleaning up" and updating our database. Assisted in projects/name gathering searches as needed.
