I had the opportunity to work together with Melina at CP+B and Uncle Unicorn for 4,5 yrs. At first as an equal colleague but from autumn 2016 on she was my CEO. She had the somewhat ungreateful task of taking over a company with declining finances, but she did so with honor and made a turnaround in just a couple of years thanks to her empathetic leadership and her unwavering focus. I’ve been in the business for 30+ years but I don’t think I’ve ever met a person so dutiful and dedicated as Melina. Her intuition is impeccable and she is highly strategic oriented and excited to walk both clients and employees through the process with both firm and pragmatic leadership.
