I work at Quanta from Jan. 2008. Mainly be charge of buying the enclosure parts which used to assemble to a computer. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Involve in DFM assessment during RFQ phase. 2. Coordinate with others department during RFQ phase and risk assessment. 3. Involve RFQ process cost verification and project budget costing 4. Notice E&O, BOM & ECN update for every build.. 5. Every build monitor and track project yield and cycle time, drive various for yield and cycle time improvement. 6. Weekly conduct project risk assessment. 7. Resource and material readiness planning to support project build and MP. 8. Ensure all liability have being claim to customer for any ECN and EOL. 9. Ensure all project require document is downloaded to DMS and DCC. 10. Act as a key contact window for customer on the whole project phases. 11.Ensure all Tools, Parts and Processes qualification on time base on customer schedule. Show less
