Prepare subcontractor justifications compliant with CPSR requirements, including purchase award summaries, source justifications, price analyses, statement of work, and negotiation memorandumsPerforming in-depth analysis of proposal responses to ensure the most responsive, responsible subcontractor is selected for award • Negotiate, administer the placement of various government and commercial subcontracts, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Teaming Agreements, with subcontractors in support of business proposal activities. Support proposal development, including providing guidance relevant to subcontract/contract requirements • Major proposal performance with as many as 27 teammates in bid activity. Proposal work has included pre-and post award actions to include ECP and different re-pricing needs. Pre-award activities have included working with business development during RFI stage through strategy review with executive management. • Review and approve subcontractor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contractual terms • Ensure compliance with company Policy and Procedures, FAR and other relevant laws and regulations as it relates to Contract Administration and Finance • Continuously develop growing knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices, relevant contract/subcontract regulations and CPSR practices are in compliance with the requirements
