      Position as a Property Agent Assistant is managing the agents property portfolios, ensure its up to date (ie: load new agreements, addendums, rentals, commission etc) Liaising with contractors for maintenance or meetings with tenant or agents, The Agents usually would request admin staff to do this. Part of the admin duties we send applictians to clients and when receive we do the TPN credit check, ensure all paper work is legit and do the call references, then draw up the lease (from template) and ensure all information is correct. Propworx is the electronic system we use to load tenant and owners details and also keeping track of payments and arrears. As admin we are requested to make calls to council for bills or report problems, on occassion DSTV needs to be contacted to keep acciunts up to date. Each month we send owners and tenants statements of there accounts or invoices to pay their accounts, and keep record thereof. Every month end we do file checks on all new lets and listings and follow up on documents we dont have. Also include but not limited to office machining, admin paperwork, calling and answering the switchboard, keep orderly filling system.
