Melanie recently interned for the marketing team at the Palm Springs Bureau of Tourism. First off, she got along extremely well with everyone in the department and approached the internship with an eagerness to learn. Her willingness to take on any task, big or small, was helpful during our busiest time of year. She was a quick learner, writing press releases and media pitches with very little direction. It was a pleasure working with her and feel she really used a hands-on attitude to build her skill level and used her time wisely to develop a better understanding for marketing and public relations in the real world.
