Melanie is a top notch professional! I am a member of and consultant to the North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA). I have seen Melanie in action solving what seemed to be impossible situations with ease and grace. One situation that I witnessed, was when Melanie was tasked with shuttling the entire NATDA membership from the host hotel to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for a special day of NASCAR racing and festivities. All the members arrived just in time to witness rainstorms and torrential down pours of rain. The racing was canceled. Melanie quickly adapted and improvised by arranging complimentary tours of the speedway and the speedway museum along with providing shuttle service for the members. The members all had a great time in spite of the unexpected rain and cancelation of the racing. Melanie successfully salvaged the situation. Melanie's attention to detail and out going approach to customer service is an amazing display of professionalism. I always look forward to helping NATDA and attending the national convention because I know that Melanie has a role in making it the best event in the industry.

I had the pleasure of working along side Melanie at a very busy litigation firm. She is a strong, dedicated women that gets done what she puts her mind to. Melanie is an exceptional team player with many leadership qualities. While she is no longer a co-worker, she remains a friend and someone I know I can count on.
