I managed CHAMP Ventures’ acquisition of Ansett in 2012. As a Director of AAT (flight simulators): Reduced the global opportunities to a targeted list to focus management’s attention; including a greenfield JV in the high growth Taiwan market (now completed) and a European greenfield (construction has commenced). In Australia, acquired a new simulator to consolidate the company’s leading position and with the CEO negotiated the key agreement with the anchor customer I managed CHAMP Ventures’ acquisition of Ansett in 2012.
