I had the pleasure of working with Melanie at The Crown Estate, collaborating on several project teams. I also know her as a personal & close friend including her family. Melanie is very polite and courteous and has always worked very hard and is very attentive to completing her work. Melanie is proactive, very knowledgeable, always keen and thinking ahead to developing better and achievable processes. When Melanie was in Legal roles, she provided legal advice where required and when she changed her work to Finance roles, she also performed well, always willing to provide help and advice where required and keen to learn any new systems.
