  Group RMC is a direct real estate co-investment group, focusing on suburban office Real Estate, mostly in the US Midwest, where we find large, undervalued portfolios that meet our strict buying criteria: - Huge 50-60% discounts to replacement costs - Properties with stable and prime tenants - Acquisition yields in the 8 to 10% cap rate range - Significant & immediate cash-on-cash returns We have a “Club Deal” structure and work with family offices and Real Estate Investors across North-America, Europe and the Middle East, who view these as long-term income-producing investments.
