There's so much I can say about this young lady, from her professionalism to her work ethic. Melanie has been a mentor to me and not just a "boss". Her high competence in areas such as risk assessment, strategic planning, EHS, was all trickled down to me through her excellent managerial skillset and her natural ability to nurture a young professional. I learnt alot from Melanie and even today i still feel like I didnt 'suck' out enough knowledge from her. That's just an indicator on how vast her knowledge on both practical and theoretical aspects of her much diverse fields of expertise. Melanie is very proactive making her an excellent manager and professional. Any company would be lucky to have her as part of their team.
