Melanie is absolutely one of the best hires I’ve ever made and I truly hope to work with her again. She joined my team at the very beginning when we were building Capsule’s national footprint and figuring out our go-to-market strategy. There was no playbook for her role, so she and her peers had to figure out how to be successful, which she did. In fact, Melanie quickly became the highest performing Partnership Manager at Capsule (out of more than 75). She was instrumental in not only successfully building the Denver market, but also creating the go-to-market playbook for the company. She is passionate, creative, and tenacious. She cares deeply about the patients and providers she serves and is able to earn and maintain their trust in an environment where trust is paramount. In addition, Melanie is a delight to work with everyday. She’s equal parts fun and caring and made the team closer and stronger as a result.
