I had the joy of working with Melanie Messina for the last 5 years between ISC Group, LLC and Mosaic Technology. We often spoke about projects and the best offering for our customer's needs. Melanie had a background as an SE and was excellent with writing technical documents and working through customer issues. Her experience in help desk and other areas gave her the knowledge to speak in detail with customers and helped to ask the right questions. We also covered accounts for each other when on vacation and I know the customers were very happy to speak with her in my absence. Melanie is an asset where every she lands and I can recommend her for remote work as well as local to her home. You can count on this person to meet all the points on her job description and consult beyond that. Often, Melanie was key on bringing in a new partner that had a need to fill for us. She built a repour with clients that can be considered indispensable, and she is missed on a daily basis.
