Led and provided short and long range strategic management to the transcription, marketing, sales, billing, administrative and laboratory teams to achieve sales objectives ensuring company growth. Established innovative ways to promote the company and its services. Streamlined all HR processes including recruiting, training, benefits and employment relations. Strengthened relationships with management staff effectively introducing HR practices. Established and evaluated productivity reports which guided staff in executing more efficient techniques to enhance production. Maintained compliance with regulatory agencies. Oversaw processing of all documents necessary for implementation of various benefits programs and maintenance of such records as required for compliance with ERISA, COBRA, and other applicable regulations. Effectively implemented new benefits package for all employees during the company transition from KSL Recreation Corporation to Marriott. Conducted system administration of new hire associates, departmental transfers, salary revisions and terminations of over 1,200 associates. Administered I-9 documentation for new and existing associates. Managed all worker’s compensation claims and benefit trainings. Acted as a liaison between management, employees and nursing staff during a worker’s compensation claim. Developed a management workshop that reduced worker’s compensation litigations and decreased employees’ worker’s compensation leave time. Provided management coaching and counseling.
