Melanie is organized and diligent at whatever task she is given. While working with her at Macy's, I immediately noticed her business savvy and ingenuity. She used her marketing know-how to customize emails to each of our bridal customers in order to encourage the completion of their registries. She would spend time calculating the best deals for them and include those details in her follow-up communications. This kind of dedication made her stand out nationwide, leveling her up to #1 in completion sales, putting our little store in Spokane on the map. Not only is she an excellent writer but she has great customer service skills. She also has experience in event planning. I can't recommend her enough!
