  EMF Griffiths are a leading Australian Building Services Consultancy, with office locations on the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sydney. Here at EMF Griffiths I am the lead administrator who oversees all administration aspects across all three of our office locations. With a wide range of responsibilities such as - assisting with project coordination and distribution, staff training and inductions, updating and creating company policies and processes. My role also involves with me working closely with the HR Manager and Directors to assist with recruitment, staff training / inductions, marketing and much more. AS EMF are certified for the ISO 9001:2015, I have also been appointed to be the Quality Assurance Manager, ensuring staff training is kept up to date and in line with our QA Systems and Procedures. This includes all internal and external auditing tasks and responsibility.
