She had an impressive talent of training and shaping rookie staff into excellent members of the hospitality industry. She had a sterling reputation both with our staff and our guests alike. She taught me a great deal of the restaurant industry while working beneath her and for this I am very appreciative. Melanie was strong asset to our team and I am glad to have worked beside her.
