Melanie and I worked together on the same team teaching leadership and management. Melanie taught in a variety of different settings which included NHS. Melanie was very agile in her approach as well as exceptionally friendly, further to this Melanie always puts the learners needs first. Together we ran a variety of large group training and I learnt a lot from Melanie, she is able to draw knowledge from learners and challenge to get the best out of them.
