Health Trainer - Men's Health
-
Sep 2016 - Present
Working to develop Men's Health and reduce the health inequalities and improve Men's Health across the County Durham area. This is been achieved by working with men to make healthier lifestyle choices and changes by delivering health interventions, workshops and promoting Men's Health Campaigns in the community, GP surgeries, group settings and workplaces alongside the Better Health At Work Award. This is to help engage with the male population of County Durham to help improve the overall impact of Men's help locally.I also develop and lead on new initiatives relating to Men's Health within the County and researching the needs of the area.
