I have worked with Melanie at two different organizations at which she has been employed. Our working relationship has covered a total of 16 years. We have collaborated on multiple projects covering quality assurance, risk management, performance improvement and accreditation. In all of these situations she has displayed high level skills of organization, knowledge of subject matter, critical thinking and thoroughness of her work. She develops excellent plans for managing a project is displays skill in keeping multiple departments and individuals on track to complete the plan. Melanie has built strong relationships with professionals in other performance improvement and accreditation organizations which has benefited the organization in which she works.
