Dear Amanda,I was recently employed as the admin manager at PHS Washrooms Waste Transfer Station based in Edmonton. I had 3 members of staff reporting directly to me and also had responsibility for 35 drivers including technicians and electricians. My role included the day today management of the staff, ensuring the office KPI’s were met, budgets were adhered to, dealing with the customers, liaising with the General Manager and compiling reports.I was responsible for planning and allocating the work for the drivers on a daily basis and ensuring that the worksheets were handed back in and checked off. These were then distributed to the member of my team so that the data could be input onto our computer system. From this data I produced regular reports for the General Manager so that he can see how the depot was performing.I was also responsible for ensuring that the office stationery and equipment stock levels were maintained and I had to ensure that the budgets were adhered to.Office KPI’s include drivers work reports, number of customer calls taken and dealt with, number of customer queries dealt with through head office email system, sickness and holiday reports.I was employed by PHS for the past for 12 years and was promoted to Admin Manager in 2005.I am a very conscientious worker and a great believer in promoting teamwork and have very good organisational skills Show less
