I worked with the CERM PI team on two projects: One study was funded by the Office for Recreation and Sport to assess the benefit of sport-specific positions within Local Government. The second project was with PCYC (Police & Community Youth Clubs) NSW to look at Management Performance Indicators across a number of sites to identify differences in performance and how sites could learn from each other to improve performance across the organisation.
