Mel is a great person to work with! As a technology consultant, I worked with him closely, testing his Oracle solution, in which he showed me his superior knowledge and patience when he assisted me and even took his time to teach me aspects of Oracle throughout the testing process of his solution. He also has assisted me numerous times with Oracle-based issues I encountered when I was completing testing. He was very detail-oriented in giving me the solution and mentored me in the more complex solutions, such that I have learned more about Oracle than I have ever known!
