Internal promotionManagement of contracts service provision for Western Australia and Asia.Developed & introduced business improvement, project, change & commercial strategies for the Energy AAP business unit & teams commensurate with company objectives.Major Contribution/Impact: Evaluated, conceptualized, developed, and led contract management support services for RPS WA/Asia. This unit provided contract management advisory and management services for 6 large RPS business units, >$50m contract values and >250 projects per annum. When I took on the role, there were few processes and structures in place. I established a service provision for the business unit, employed a Contracts Officer and between us supported the company in the delivery of contract management. My time at RPS saw me review, negotiate and execute some of the most complicated oil and gas contracts in the world, as well as, SLA’s, sub-contractor agreements, services and supplier agreements, escrows, panel agreements, leases, virtual office agreements and employment agreements.Project-managed corporate restructuring program involving more than 1000 projects and 100+ stakeholders and clients.
