  To whom it may concern, Mel Roddy has been a member of our staff since September 2012 .He teaches our boys, ranging in age from four to eight, P.E twice a week. This is in a voluntary capacity. I have found Mel to be a person of the highest integrity honest, hardworking ,enthuastic and punctual .I particularly admire the effort and energy he puts into his work. His lessons are always well prepared and interesting and he really inspires the boys and motivates them to do their best. He has instilled a great love of sport in these young children. He is very kind, understanding and patient yet has very good discipline. He really encourages the children to work together. Mel is very considerate towards children with special needs and always includes them in every sport. Mel is a very good team player, gets on very well with all members of the staff and equally well with parents. He is very generous with his time and expertise and is currently helping the staff to draw up our new P.E. plan. I have no hesitation in recommending Mel for any position, as a person who is highly motivated and hard working. He has the skills ,discipline and personality to be an asset to any company. He will certainly be missed in our school by the boys ,staff and parents alike. I wish him all the best in his future career.
