The role of the Senior Compliance Auditor is to ensure that the integrity and adequacy of Alyeska's system of internal control is independently appraised and communicated. Incumbent is responsible for planning, executing and reporting on complex financial, operational and compliance (Integrity, Safety, Environment, Quality) audit engagements and special projects. This position conducts risk assessments, develops audit programs for the testing of controls, executes the audit program, documents findings, provides recommendations for improvements, and acts as a liaison between Internal Audit and the auditee. Incumbent coordinates and supervises Staff Auditor(s) in their assignments to ensure that key deliverables are completed within the approved budget and schedule, and provides verbal and written constructive feedback on Staff Auditor(s) performance in the development of technical audit skills.
