  My role as a Real Estate Contact involved investigating, purchasing, and selling properties on behalf of an International NPC. This involved workflow and budget creation, team training and assisting, legalization investigations, and negotiating purchases/sales of properties. I used various computer programs for organization such as SharePoint, Google Sheets, Canva, OneNote and an internal workflow system called HuB. I provided assistance to those of oversight with any tasks they need via Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp, as well as computer support to the entire team of approximately 20 people. I have done many small computer troubleshooting courses to assist with this role. I regularly helped with miscellaneous tasks such as scheduling meetings for weekly and monthly programs. If the team needed anything at all, I was quick to help. If it involved something I didn't understand, I researched it until I could figure it out. Show less
