I can remember she was really good at using critical knowledge to create solutions that will be leveraged in advanced analytics skills during HP project. Through this experience, I'm pretty sure she experienced with analyzing disparate data sets and using large-scale querying and aggregation techniques which is most basic but important part of data analyst role. Besides, she was not even proactive self-starter but also an effective team player.
