I had the privilege working for Accenture, a global leading strategy, consulting, and technology company, which has also been named "One of the Most Admired Companies" by the Fortunes for the last 14 years. This opportunity allowed me to work with the best teams I've ever worked with, with projects ranging from Ellipse implementation, Operational Excellence, and CRM system implementation. My role was in the communication management, change management, and training and development strategy. With Ellipse implementation we have successfully implemented the system upgrade for more than 500 users in 4 different countries. With the Operational Excellence project (that is still going on since 2005), the team continually work with the Operations team in improving the mining operations. For the CRM project we successfully implemented the Customer Relationship Management system at the second largest communication company in Indonesia and improved the overall values they provide to their customers, and ultimately strengthening their position in the telecommunication market.
