Meika has been a valued member of our customer service team at IVHQ since May 2018. I have been constantly impressed by Meika's attitude, approach and work ethic right from the day we hired her. A quick learner who fast became one of our most valued team members. Meika excels at any task given to her, she is highly efficient while still able to maintain accuracy and fantastic communication/customer service skills. Meika has regularly brought ideas to the table in an effort for us to improve our service and our customer journey, and we are a better company for having had her as part of our team. Meika is a team player and her strong work ethic and interpersonal skills have made her a valuable employee. Alongside this, she also brings a positive attitude into the office and is always a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend Meika for any future position. We will miss having her on our team, but our loss can absolutely be your gain.
