  1. 負責分析當屆錄取教師之申請者旅程，產出六大類型錄取教師人物誌(persona)，並提出針對各類型人物誌之招募建議及優化方式。Conducted qualitative user research on 41 admitted applicants from the TFT program ; completed analyses on recruiting and marketing, presented to the CMO.2. 針對近兩年TFT計畫1300位申請者書面資料以及錄取表現進行Excel數據分析，產出高潛力申請者之輪廓。Analyzed the written data and selection performance of 1,300 applicants from the TFT program in the past two years, and further profiled the high potential applicants.3. 為TFT年度企劃「有問題的請舉手」特展設計回饋問卷並改造填答機制，最後收集2001份問卷，總體填答率近4成，超過組織過去兩年收集的問卷數總和。Initiated a survey to gather audience’s feedback for the annual exhibition, 2001 surveys were collected, achieved nearly 40% of answering rate, which exceeded the total numbers of surveys collected by TFT in the past two years.
