  Project : Search Before Submit (SBS) on mySupport Description: The key objective is to reduce cost of support by reducing service request (SR) volume (actual number and/or rate of growth) and thereby reducing Y2Y head count growth required to meet a growing support load. This is achieved by enforcing search during the SR submission process to address the high number of SRs submitted without trying self service. Project : Sales compensation mass upload and reproses POS with EREL status Description: The upload project help to speed up current single manual upload on FSE and FAE sales compensation. The reprocess project automatically reprocesses POS (Point Of Sales) with EREL (Error on Release) by finding the correct price bucket and adds the insufficient quantity to allow records get released successfully. Project : Molson Quotes rearchitecture Description: The project helps to reduce work load within Internal Sales Representative (ISR) by allowing various distributors to submit quotes and DPA directly to Altera Customer Information System through Molson. Project : Lead Management Description: This help marketing group to uncover business opportunity by identifying potential customer (lead) through existing customer lists with predefined logic. Project : Technical Project Management Description: The project helps to track customer escalation through resolution using Project Management mechanism and metholody, like plan, actions items, action owner, timeline, colaboration, milestone tracking etc. Project : Localization on mySupport Description: Enable mySupport in Chinese and Japanese. Users will be presented with locale web pages and be able to file a Service Request using their locale language.
