To retain the retinol and beta carotene content, conduction heat from steaming was suggested. - Nutrition Unit Research (13 weeks) Worked in a lipid nutrition laboratory doing sampling for faeces analysis. • Assisted in setting up the preparation of material and reagents, handling lab equipment and performing sampling procedures for freeze-dry analysis, rheometer analysis and GCMS analysis of faeces.
