  I worked as a senior researcher and vice project manager in the group of ceramic and composite materials at TUBITAK Marmara Research Center (TUBITAK MRC) Materials Institute . I was responsible for developing project schedules and budgets, coordination of necessary resources and activities to execute the projects on time and as budgeted, meeting the objectives of project for three years. I was reporting to management with systematic documentation of work done for each phase of projects. I was a team worker as well as a team leader responsible for doing experiments followed by performance tests and characterizations. Besides experimental studies at lab-scale and scale-up process, I was building prototype systems with my colleges. I, as a laboratory supervisor, was responsible to represent our ceramic and composite laboratory in internal and external audits. Show less
