First of all,M.Kagan was a great & friendly teammate when we were working togerher @ GE as site manager.Each site manager was carrying out more than 3 installation project sites,and one of my project site was the most diffucult site as geographical region which was Van_Baglama site and Kagan has been always supported to other project sites with installation tools,equipment &manpower etc.He has great communication talent and remarkable job skills.Kagan challenges all diffuciltues that's why i recommend him.
