  Next Genetic Center is composed of 3 labs; cytogenetics, molecular biology, and the normal lab (microscopic). I worked in the molecular biology lab. In my very first days at the center, I was doing the paperwork. Basically, paperwork was all about the patients profiles and setting those papers into the correct file. Later on when I got to know the job well, I begun to help the workers. I assisted in finding the DNA's and blood of the patients to be used in analysis. I was thought the PCR technique, RNA & DNA filtration techniques, as well as tissue extraction method. Show less
