Set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, adjustment and perform preventive maintenance on assigned all packaging machines like prepack, conflux, nichrome with established procedures and guidelines Coordinate to other departments for maintenance work of all running machines such as mechanical, electrical, gas generator, boiler, refrigeration and cooling and others if any Prepare batch according to recipe, CIP of packaging machines, pipelines, balance tank as per SOP Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops Maintain proper communication with process incharge and follow up production plan effectively Ensure all quality assurance cheeks are performed at designed intervals Set up machine Calibration, cleaning etc. to start a production cycle Control and adjust machine settings e.g. speed and inspect parts with precision and measuring tools Minimize machine breakdown time reduction and ensure quality production and overall productivity enhancement Ensure packaging floor hygiene, sanitation, housekeeping as per GMP guideline Maintain proper documentation of assigned work compliance with ISO guide line Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment. Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority Show less
