I've had the pleasure to manage Mehdi over 2 years and really see him grow as a key contributor to driving Sift in our growth startup phase. His ability to follow up quickly and address prospect and customer questions has helped him continue to drive sales pipeline at Sift. He was able to grow into a new sales role after his first year and started closing business almost immediately as well. He is a fantastic team player and really fits a startup environment, as he can work well across so many different teams and handle a variety of projects. From process improvements like finding better sales and martech tooling to helping create a chatbot to field internal questions and improve knowledge sharing teamwide, he is a true team player with a serious driving motivation to succeed.
