Founder & Meditation Teacher

The benefits of meditation and stillness are yet to be fully explored by modern science. We are sharing science-based ancient wisdom for humanity which has proven mental health benefits. The simple Eyes On The Mark (EOTM) meditation training technique has shown to increase clarity, balance, and tranquility in one's life. To practice, follow this 3-step method:1. Sit facing the wall with your back and neck straight, remaining completely still.2. Draw a small x at a comfortable eye-level height.3. Look at the center of the mark for 15-30 mins.(Blinking every 5-15 seconds)Try practicing twice a day. Happy Meditating!

Cansbridge Fellow '23

The fellowship program selects a small group of 15-27 (~3% acceptance rate) high impact Canadian university students to become the global leaders of tomorrow. It entails a $10K scholarship, a week long bootcamp in San Francisco Bay Area (aka Silicon Valley), and an internship in Asia, encouraging fellows to take risks, broaden their horizons, and contribute to their communities in new ways. Contributed in the client specification development of a $15M Check Structure Project. Designed a $20K Bulkhead Gate. Prepared Emergency Response Plans (ERP) for major irrigation districts such as EID, BRID, and SMRID. Attended site meetings with project managers.
