I met Meghavi during a Graduate Recruitment project I ran in Dubai. We were looking to partner with a reputable business school in the region and, after evaluating a number of partnerships selected IMT. I must say that this decision has been heavily influenced by Meghavi's inspirational presentation of the Institute of Management Technology, and a very ethical, proactive and professional approach she has been utilizing ever since we first got in touch. At a risk of being metaphorical, I must say that Meghavi is a good example of a person who loves her profession in herself, and not herself ij the profession. She puts the business needs on the forefront of what she does, but at the same time cherishes IMT's students to the fullest and enjoys there successes like those were the ones of her own. Meghavi is a very valuable asset of the organization and defibitely has a bright future ahead of her.
