  I manage the budgets and costs of multiple construction projects. I ensure all subcontractors are paid timely, and assemble our invoices to the owner. I review every project quarterly to produce a Gross Margin Report. I also manage the Contractor Controlled Insurance Program, orient subcontractors on safety/CCIP/Incident procedures, and submit any and all claims to the insurance company. I coordinate with the projects as to which subcontractors will be coming on site and make sure that they are properly enrolled, and meet all requirements.
