Director Of Operations & HR
-
2018 - 2022
In my current role, by guiding communication processes and administrative systems, building the HR Department from the ground up, and implementing supervisory hierarchy and systemization, I create and establish the company's department structure. For the CEO and CFO, I create, update, and simplify companywide schedules and weekly development plans. While staging our top tier customer CRM gathering and enhancing standard practices for other staff, I help manage our manufacturing schedule to inform great communication to customers, clients, and community stakeholders. I am involved in the strategy for content of the corporate newsletter as well as B2B communications. I provide a significant contribution to the marketing team's creation of audience cards and the definition of the scope of services. • Surpassed and exceeded corporate expectations and requirements by devising and implementing strategic B2B and B2C communication frameworks. • Secured confidential communication networks in accordance with HIPPA regulations and guidelines, as well as taught staff on correct private communication and surveillance at various levels of engagement, such as telehealth services, patient profiles, and manufacturing non-disclosure agreements. • Discovered and interacted with Oakland and other US allies through social media and in-person events in order to respond to political environment problems or to protect beliefs via intersection of activism and medicine. • Accomplished successful leadership of cross-departmental partnerships by utilizing project management systems and systematizing project operations for a heterogeneous workforce. In 2019 I spearheaded the launch of a new ordering software, which has had a high success rate of increasing sales and expanding our scope of offerings in less than a years time. I outlined and contributed to the success of scaling the business from 10 employees in one location to 22 employees in in four locations over 18 months.

2014 - 2018
In my former role, I offered great executive leadership to help the startup's workflow and profitability. I built Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing and order fulfillment in order to outsource labor tracking efforts by documenting procedures and template creation. To promote employee happiness and retention, I devised and managed the implementation of two yearly strategic planning workshops for staff members. By employing strong communication skills, I managed team calendars across many cities, assuring alignment of production, marketing, and sales employees. • Expanded private practice to an LLC by recruiting three more workers and broadening the scope of the firm from clinical practitioner to manufacturing. • Streamlined processes and improved consistency by defining and implementing manufacturing SOPs.
