  * To Build a good relationship with the Hiring Manager / Client. * Discuss and Understand the Requirement, in-line to the expectation of the Business Unit Manager. * To find if any of the Contract staffs are available in between the Projects / Bench at the Consulting Company. * If the available candidate suits the requirement, then he/she will be given first preference. * When there is no one available in the resource pool, then look out for the external candidates. * Co-ordinate with the Offshore Recruitment Team to source profiles according to the client expectation. * Market Analysis to know the Skill availability, Interest of the candidates, Location / relocation interest, Current and Expected CTC, Notice Period etc. * Co-ordinate resumes with the Hiring Team and filter relevant profiles. * Discuss with the candidates on the transparency of the Outsourcing / Contract Staffing model and the Payroll methods. * Schedule / Co-ordinate interviews with the Hiring team. * Release the offer letter for the shortlisted candidates and hand holding them till joining. * Schedule Induction / Training for the new joiners and helping them to mingle with the team.
