Megha joined my team and was tasked with developing a collection of very complex queries and applications with Oracle, Python and REST APIs. She applied her expertise immediately and began contributing code to our team's BitBucket repository with Git. I originally had ONE project planned for Megha to work on but she quickly demonstrated that she could learn our requirements and create fully functional processes in no time. Megha went on to plan, design, code, test and complete no less than FIVE projects during her time with us. This was wat beyond our expectations and her work as transformed our team, granting us new ways to automate and connect our various enterprise and third-party systems. Megha has a great grasp of breaking down problems into manageable and clear steps. Many of the tasks Megha was given were very open ended and she excelled at figuring out how to overcome unforeseen challenges with creative, reproducible solutions. Megha was a pleasure to work with and I know that she will be a great contributor to any team she joins in the future. Thanks again Megha!

Megha joined my team with this amazing knowledge of Oracle to PostgreSQL migrations. She applied that knowledge to evaluating our products and helped to set expectations on what it would take to get us to the new platform. That is what we hired her for and we got so much more. Beyond the database engineering skills she brought to our team, she took on many other challenges. Several applications needed database performance tuning which she was able to address handily. Where she really shined was listening to some challenges we had in operations and turned those challenges into systems tests and proof of concepts, not just in the database, but across multiple application servers and created an environment simulating a full DevOps change control cycle. She established baselines and tested edge cases all of her own design and presented a complete picture of how to operationalize database changes and properly administering the application space through those changes. She has an innate ability to see past her local domain and extend her thoughtfulness into client applications raising the system availability and improving the customer's experience. Megha is a pleasure to work with and a fine addition to any team. I valued her time with my team and believe she will contribute substantially to any team which chooses to bring her tenacity and skills on board.
