I have the pleasure of working with Mege since she started her Apprenticeship at MOL a division of the LTE Group. Throughout her time to date working at the company she is very punctual. During which time Mege excelled in her role and grew from strength to strength developing her professional skills. However, it is her work ethic and willingness to adapt and learn new processes during this time that was a key factor to her contribution to the team’s within the company Mege’s interpersonal skills are outstanding, as anyone who has worked with her will testify. She is able to energise the team in a personable, considerate and creative manner. Personally, I really enjoy working with Mege, as she proved indispensable to our work on the Sales and Enquiry team.
