Everyone can name someone who is an asset to their team. Megan was THE asset to ours. The perfect balance of leader and total team-player, she truly made each person feel seen and heard. I worked with Megan at R&R Partners for one year, during which time she was the Resource Operations Supervisor for a wildly busy (and often needy) creative department. I was constantly impressed with her ability to predict needs and avoid conflicts, all while keeping her sense of humor and heart of gold. She became known as our office therapist, a friend to all, and a seriously fierce role model for young creatives like myself. I'm better for knowing her- and I know anyone who gets to work with her in the future would say the same.
