Everyone can name someone who is an asset to their team. Megan was THE asset to ours. The perfect balance of leader and total team-player, she truly made each person feel seen and heard. I worked with Megan at R&R Partners for one year, during which time she was the Resource Operations Supervisor for a wildly busy (and often needy) creative department. I was constantly impressed with her ability to predict needs and avoid conflicts, all while keeping her sense of humor and heart of gold. She became known as our office therapist, a friend to all, and a seriously fierce role model for young creatives like myself. I'm better for knowing her- and I know anyone who gets to work with her in the future would say the same.

Megan is a problem-solver and a natural-born leader. She has special expertise in digital content management, agile processes, website development and leading internal cross-functional teams. I worked with Megan for 4 years and she portrays all the skills of an excellent project/resource manager. She's driven, professional, organized and has exemplary communication skills.
