Megan joined our digital marketing services team and jumped right in. She was able to quickly learn the unique tools we had in place for advertising fulfillment and soon became a local expert for creative design, digital communications and client performance management. Not only did she use these tools, she was able to re-invent how we used them. She was vital in providing the architecture for processing incoming orders, making it easier for reps and building accountabilities for our fulfillment team. She quickly made everyone's daily work life most efficient and effective. She progressed from a Coordinator to becoming the Digital Services Supervisor. She excelled in training new staff and elevating their skillsets and confidence.
